As I’ve been looking for a phone, I’m starting to really notice which devices will have the ‘latest’ abilities. And one of the greatest latest will be NFC. Paying for things, beaming, etc… so when you look out there and wonder which devices have them, the selection is quite limited.
Well, a company called Moneto is looking to change all that. They’re hoping to have an NFC enabled microSD card for your phone.
Pretty simple and straight forward. I like that. Here’s to hoping that Canada starts allowing purchases by NFC.
Anybody with a Nexus S, S2 or Galaxy Nexus find any use for the NFC in Canada yet?
