SteelSeries FREE controller
- Bluetooth connection to PC, Mac, Android phones and tablets, and Apple devices.
- Two joysticks, a D-pad, two triggers, four face buttons and select and start.
- All 12 buttons can be remapped in SteelSeries Engine.
- Rechargeable battery rated for about 10 hours of continuous play.
- Auto power save after more than 3 minutes idle.
- A mini USB cable charges it in under 2 hours and allows play while charging.
- Range of up to 20 feet.
It is a step up from the JS1 because of the dual stick design, an eight-way D-pad and a rechargeable battery. Setup was easy, since the Zeemote driver was already installed. Support was limited to a select group of games, and the BluezIME program did not help with some apps. Buttons 1 and 2 act as click, 3 and 4 as back, and the left stick can scroll Maps.
SteelSeries Flux headphones
- Slim, foldable design with 40 mm drivers and an on-cable microphone.
- One mobile cable with a play and pause button, and one computer cable that splits into headphone and microphone jacks.
- Soft pads, interchangeable ear cushions, magnetic plates and cables.
- Two jacks on the bottom so a friend can listen along.
The reviewer praised the build, comfort and sound.
