A bunch of stuff got announced yesterday and I missed sharing about one of em that many of you might be interested in. Meet the Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact. Like the Z3 and Z3 Compact, the Z3 Tablet Compact was leaked ahead of IFA so it’s not a surprise but lets take a look anyway shall we?

It’s a pretty solid offering wouldn’t you say? The specs line up with the best of the best and when you add in the fact that it’s thin, lightweight, gorgeous and waterproof and I think you have a winner. The ability to use this to play your favourite PS4 games through PS4 Remote Play is pretty slick too.
Unfortunately we don’t have any pricing or availability quite yet but given Sony’s history, this slate will have a higher price tag. It’s kind of a shame that they price their stuff so high as it tends to deter me from considering them. But who knows, maybe they’ll surprise us all this time and try to undercut some of their competitors.
