So, last week I asked you what you would do with an old phone…
here’s how you answered:
Some of the ‘other’ were:
- Junk it (hey, let’s recycle where we can)
- Alarm Clock (4x)
- use it as a TV out device (I have Google TV already)
- Give it to an older relative
- use it to make muffins (okay, starting to regret bringing muffins up in the blog)
So, I’m either going to set it up and root/flash the heck out of it, or give it to my son. Either are good options. I was kinda hoping to pair it with the GoogleTV account and use it for a remote. Then again, that’s what I say, however, as it’s my wife’s old phone, it’s ultimately her decision.
Then again, she might notice a new ROM on it anyways… any suggestions for a ROM/kernel for an Acer Liquid E?
As for other polls, remember we’re still taking answers on our largest one yet: the Canadian Wireless Carrier Satisfaction Survey! Let’s get enough answers that the carriers really will take notice!
