Telus has official slapped the Galaxy S II X on their website, along with the HTC Amaze 4G, both labeled as “Coming soon”

Samsung Galaxy S II X specs:
- 4.5″ Super Amoled+ screen (800 x 480)
- 1.5Ghz dual core processor
- 1GB Ram
- 8MP Camera
- 2MP front Camera
- Pre-loaded with Gingerbread 2.3.5
- 1850 mAh battery
- HSPA+ speeds up to 42Mbps
Just about everything fits with the original Galaxy S II from Bell/Virgin, but slightly pumped up. Bell’s Galaxy S II has 1.2Ghz, 4.3″ Screen compared to the 1.5Ghz and 4.5″ Screen from Telus. Latest rumours around the net indicate that October 19th seems to be a likely release date, although that is all speculation of course.
within weeks, Rogers will also release their Galaxy S II LTE that will match these specs, but offers Rogers newest LTE service. So many superphones coming out, it makes me wonder how long it will take before we starting seeing quad-core phones in Canada.
