Of course I would have to write about any upcoming Galaxy Note 2 news. And here it is!
It seems as though the device has surfaced on some benchmarks. And here’s what we now know about the device.
The device has been given the code-name of GT-N7100
The device uses the same quad-core Exynos processor that was found in the international version of the Galaxy S III. That is paired with Mali-400 graphics. The device is also overclocked vs the Galaxy S III up to 1.6GHz. This likely helps with the larger screen.
Speaking of the screen, it is revealed to be at a resolution of 1280×720. Still no news on whether it’ll be a AMOLED Plus screen, but we can hope.
Samsung has still yet to confirm anything about the Note 2 but as I had reported earlier, they are holding a special Unpacked event at the end of August and many believe that that is when this device will hit the spotlight.
For myself, and others as well I’m sure, August can’t come soon enough. May the world prepare to be Samsunged once again.
