More Moto news to pass your way today. After getting our first look at the Moto X 2024 a few days ago we have a couple more leaked photos of this years flagship device to share with you. This time around we’re getting a look at the chassis of the device and the chassis may be holding a little secret.
As you can, there’s a small cut out beneath the rear camera and many are speculating that this could be the location of a fingerprint reader. There’s also a flex cable running right to that spot and that makes this all the more plausible. And, ass we all know, Motorola hasn’t utilized physical home buttons in a while now so if they were to implement a fingerprint reader, the rear of the device is the most logical location.
While I’m not ready to say for sure that the Moto X 2024 will pack a fingerprint reader, the possibility seems to be there. Add to that that Google has officially implemented fingerprint security and it would almost be a miss for Motorola if they didn’t include it in their flagship this year.
