Surely you all already know this but, just in case you haven’t been keeping up with the Android news for the past month, today is Nexus day! While that’s not an official holiday, it’s a day that many Android-ers have been waiting for as the new Nexus devices launch today. The Nexus 4 and 10 are now available to be purchased as well as the new 32GB Nexus 7.
The devices have already launched in Australia and the U.K. and in the U.K. the devices sold out within half and hour. Here in Canada, it doesn’t appear that the devices have gone live quite yet (I’ve been hitting refresh on a regular basis). But I’m sure they will go live soon and will likely sell out very very quickly.
All three devices are killer on paper and from what I’ve been hearing and reading, offer some of the best experiences on any Android device (or other) to date. I’m anxious to be able to check out the two new devices, the Nexus 4 and Nexus 10. I’m not positive that I’ll be purchasing one or either of them (as I already have my sights set on the Note II), but I’m sure these devices and I will cross paths soon enough.
How many of you are going to be buying today?
