A pair of new HTC devices have made their way to Canada today. Rogers has added the HTC One Mini and HTC Desire 601 to their lineup while their sub-brand Fido has also picked up the Desire 601. Here’s the specs for each:
HTC One Mini:

- 1.4GHz Dual-Core Snapdragon 400 Processor
- Adreno 305 GPU
- 16GB Internal Storage (Non-Expandable)
- 1GB RAM
- 16GB Internal Storage
- 4MP UltraPixel Camera
- 1.6MP Front-Facing Camera
- 1800 mAh Battery (Non-Removable)
- LTE, Bluetooth 4.0
- Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with Sense 5 Overlay
HTC Desire 601:
- 4.5″ 540×960 Resolution Display

- 1GB RAM
- 8GB Internal Storage
- 5MP Camera

The One Mini is definitely the better of the two but both are fairly solid offerings for those looking to spend a little less on a smart phone. Speaking of price, the HTC One Mini is $100 on a 2-year contract and $400 outright. The Desire 601, on the other hand, is free on a 2-year contract and $300 outright (this price is the same for both Rogers and Fido).
The One Mini comes in the standard silver colour while you can pick up the the Desire 601 in either Red or White (how patriotic of them). Anyone thinking of grabbing one of these guys?
