Motorola has kept the veil on the Moto x 2024 very well so far but it looks like the veil may have finally been lifted as an video of their upcoming flagship has surfaced! The above video was put together by TK of Total Tech who, if you’re unfamiliar, has a pretty solid track record when it comes to all leaks Motorola so it definitely carries some weight. He also vouches for his source and calls the source “exceptionally reliable” so that definitely helps in bringing some validity to the story.
Design wise, the Moto X 2024 will be very similar to its predecessors with fairly rounded corners and curved back. The signature dimple also remains but things are a little bit different on the back end with a sleek metal strip in the middle of the device. In terms of specs, the mystery device in the video packs a 5.64″ QHD display, 3GB of RAM, 21GB of usable storage, a Qualcomm processor and Android 5.1.1. One of the more interesting tidbits is that this device may sport the new USB Type C charge port.
This device is definitely on the larger end of the scale but according to TK, there may be 2 version of the device coming and the other may sport a smaller 5.2″ display. These devices (assuming there are two) will be available in the usual materials of wood, leather and plastic but Motorola may also unveil another material this year.
Of course, take all of this with a grain of salt but as I said, TK has had a pretty good track record in the past so I wouldn’t be surprised at all if we see a device like this later this year.
