Here’s one for all you twitter salves out there!
The official Twitter client is arguably the best one on the Android. Though it suffers from not having true push notifications, it makes up with usability. Not to mention you can find modified inverted black versions of it as well, which of course you all should know I’m a big fan of.
Twitter for Android released and update late yesterday with the following features and enhancements:
- Updated design and improved relevance of Discover stories
- Activity in Discover tab shows who your connections follow, updates to their lists, and which Tweets they retweet and favorite
- Spelling suggestions and related searches in search results
- Username autocomplete in search
- New push notifications for when your Tweets have been retweeted, favorited, or when you have new followers
- New languages: Traditional Chinese, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Polish, Hungarian, Thai
Some general enhancements, as well as a few UI tweaks to try and make your viewing experience a little more enjoyable.
You can grab this latest version over at the Google Play Store.
