One of my favourite apps to use is Rdio (I’ll be reviewing it this week for you all). It’s a paid music streaming service that I use one a regular basis. It has a huge music base and a very user-friendly UI. But one of the main reasons I chose Rdio: It was one of the only services available in Canada. Now that’s not say I don’t love it still, but options are always nice.
And according to Spotify, another music streaming service, there will be another option coming to Canada soon. The Premium version of the app costs the same as Rdio ($10 a month) and does essentially the same thing. The main difference will likely be their music database.
There’s no launch date yet but hopefully it’ll hit by the end of the year. Anyone else excited about this?
