With the Nexus 5 and Android 4.4, Google seemed to give a lot attention to the photo taking experience users will get. Initial reviews for the camera that are popping up online seem to all agree that it’s a good camera, but not a great camera. Well it would seem that the camera itself may only be half of the reason that Google is touting the photography aspect.
A video went up on YouTube recently showing off the new photo editor that is built into the new camera application for Android 4.4. Now I don’t claim to be a good photographer or photo editor by any means but I have used a variety of photo editors and this one definitely seems like it could be a good one. It has quite an extensive array of options and you can actually save your changes as a preset that you can then easily apply to any picture.
I’ll definitely give this a whirl once it becomes available but for now enjoy the video
